Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Ozen Digital website or entering into a Statement of Work ("SOW") for engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
Ozen Digital provides custom web design, software development, SEO, and cloud hosting retainers. Specific deliverables, milestone schedules, and acceptance criteria are outlined in each client's formal project SOW.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of full and final payment for a contracted project, all custom source code, design assets, and database schemas created specifically for the client transfer entirely to the client with zero recurring royalty obligations.
4. Hosting & SLA Commitments
For clients enrolled in our Hosting & Maintenance Retainers, Ozen Digital commits to an uptime SLA of 99.9% as defined in the specific service schedule. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
